You will help define and architect products, algorithms, and data systems that deeply integrate core software and services to drive innovations. This role is inherently cross-functional, working with core software systems across the company to increase the efficiency of all teams internally and make the experience pleasant for all partners and users.

What are we looking for in the Ideal Candidate?

Looking for a strong Team Leader - Software to join our team.

Someone who has strong understanding of the C# programming language, OOP, OAD concepts and experience working with client-server desktop and web applications. 

. Requirement Analysis (RQA), Design, development and testing of new features in the new/existing applications.

. Implement, test, and bug-fix functionality.

.  Provide support to end users.

. Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C# code.

. Strong experience working in all project life-cycles.

.  Ability to mentor development team while implementing best practices and improving the development processes.

. Creative/Innovative: proposes system improvements and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear.

.  Responsible, quick learner, innovative.

. Must be an effective communicator, balancing business goals with engineering goals, you efficiently manage a communication with the business owner of a project

. Skill set: SQL Server, C#, WPF, Web Services/Web API/WCF, Windows service and Reporting tools like Crystal Report /RDLC etc.
