Roles : Manager - Process Manufacturing:
Summary:
• Must have 8+ years of Sales Experience in Applications & Solution Sales in Manufacturing Process Vertical
Sales Exposure of solutions like MEs, Shop-floor Digitization Applications like WMS, WIP , Track & Trace and other Traceability solutions.
• Pharma Industry Sales is Preferable in any stream of above applications
• Having Strong understanding ability on solution sales and technology consulting and industry 4.0 echo system.
• Barcode RFID, IOT & BLE Technology adherence is added advantage.
Detailed JD :
1. Generating pool of enquiries for Digitization applications & solutions in the Process Manufacturing vertical like Pharma, Agri, FMCG, Steel industries Etc.
2. Responsible for sale & business development of AP & TS region.
3. Able to connect CXO and establish relationship for the project initiations and forecasting.
4. Focus on driving the solutions business in the respective geographies
5. Collaborative Work with Pre Sales team & Customer Project team to come up Customized solution
6. Makes demo, product presentation of the solution to the customers
7. Experienced professional in techno-commercial and business development activities in various technical domains
8. Co-ordination with manufacturing division heads for the road maps of the company towards the industry 4.0
9. Conversant in AIDC Hardware pitching and suggesting customers on the right BOM for the project requirement.
10. Coordinate with service team for installation of equipment and concluding the sale cycle.
11. On time payment collection as per PO term
12. Maintain business from existing customers & add new customers
13. Collaborative technical discussion with OEMS
14. Deep Knowledge on L1 to L5 pharma solution
15. IIOT & AI based solution
16. Major customer handling in territory –
17. Review of team daily reports, target vs actual review, collections, and outlet enhancement.
18. Complete ownership of timely collection from the customers to ensure smooth flow of further supply chain echo system and un interrupted dispatches to customers.
