About The Job
- Managing West Sales team and responsible for West Region sales target.
- Responsible for Profit &Loss of Line of Business, also responsible for both value and volume of business from different business categories
- Revenue generation and realisation within the stipulated time frame
- The incumbent will filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities.
- The incumbent will design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, keeping in mind the counter-parties- preferences & goals.
- The incumbent will help lead, understand the customer’s requirements thoroughly, and tailor pitch the deal/products accordingly and close deals.
- The incumbent is accountable for managing, expanding, and building the sales performance, distribution, and efficiency
- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, consumer choices and consumer behavior.
What are we looking for in the Ideal Candidate?
- 15+ years of experience in direct BtoB solutions sales role and experience in managing a team .
- Should have good exposure in transportation & logistic industry.
- Prior experience with Supply chain solutions/ IT Solutions/ IT Automation/ Industry Automation/IOT/ RFID solutions/ Bar Code Solution/Wireless Wi-Fi industrial Solution
- A great understanding of AIDC (Automatic identification and Data Capture) technology is desirable
- Having an aptitude for General Management, Sales Management, Supply Chain and Key stakeholder management
- Building relationship with existing stakeholders Experience with conflict resolution and matrix relationships
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
