We are looking for a motivated Program Manager with a passion for dealing with software, to support our growing business and some of our largest customers in respective Geographies. You will help define and architect products, algorithms, and data systems that deeply integrate core software and services to drive innovations. What are we looking for in the Ideal Candidate?

• Develop an in-depth understanding of BCI’s products, business models, architecture and operations
• Drive complex projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery
• Collaborate with a cross section of teams across BCI to clarify, document and validate business and technical requirements
• Escalate and resolve project issues by effectively working with Product Owners, Business Owners and Development Teams
• Ensure readiness for production launches through coordination of UAT and implementation of process change and user training needed
• Assist stakeholders and partner teams to develop clear and complete Project Initiation Requests for prioritization
• Drive dependencies with teams across multiple business units at various level
• Drive strategic and tactical decisions for your project
• Be involved in full software development life-cycle, from ideation, through implementation to post-production support.
• Drive day-to-day progress of projects and keep various levels of management informed of project status and health
• Pursue issues and risks, craft mitigation plans and bring them up to appropriate decision makers, remove team impediments
• Identify opportunities for business process and system improvements and collaborate with stakeholders on design of new solutions that will enhance business performance and achieve specified goals

Skills that must have in the Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical program management experience

• Understanding of SDLC methodologies, SCRUM, Waterfall, Agile
• Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks
• The ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams
• Self-driven with great technical interests, should have attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of established design patterns and know when to use them.
• Possess good communication skills and client Interaction experience.

Skills that Good to have in the Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate should have prior experience with Supply chain solutions/ IT Solutions/ IT Automation/ Industry Automation/IOT/ RFID solutions/ Bar Code Solution/Wireless Wi-Fi industrial Solution
• A great understanding of AIDC (Automatic identification and Data Capture) technology is a plus point
• Knowledge of DevOps, mobile development.
