Roles and Responsibilities
Overall Strategy & Brand Building
a. Strategy development for positioning BCI and its renewed mission statement across current and new customers (Working on specific quantifiable KPIs)
b.Content Strategy – Plan and align Marketing initiatives to achieve BCI objectives and create more channels for engagement
c.Complete ownership of the company’s digital Assets (Website, SM pages, YouTube, etc)
d.Exploring any online or offline avenues for brand building and increasing visibility for BCI offerings. Identifying new opportunities and advancements to increase the inflow of marketing-qualified leads
Sales enablement
a.Curating compelling and targeted collaterals to enable the sales team in nurturing buyers across different stages of the sales funnel (Datasheets, presentations, videos etc.)
b.Creating empirical evidence-based collaterals like case studies, whitepapers, and customer testimonials to increase mindshare and trust about the company’s solutions
c.Creating solution/industry-focused pitch decks and enabling sales team to achieve OKRs
d.Helping the Sales team with contact info, industry info, and other assistance to reach more customers and drive conversions across products and geographies
Content marketing
a.Prepare Content Calendar – Blogs, thought leadership posts, content for third-party platforms (Quora etc) for BCI products and its various stakeholders
b.Curate online content for webinars and their promotion across company channels
c.Explore content opportunities across third-party platforms - Guest Blogging or influencer Marketing
Digital Marketing
a.Defining the SEO objectives, identifying and tracking the performance of target keywords, curating, and executing means to improve the quality and quantity of signups/leads on BCI sites (Agency Management)
b.Social media Management and SMO (Organic and Paid) - Creating and executing social media calendar for maintaining the companies’ presence
c.Paid Digital Marketing – Across Website (Google Ads), Social media, and other digital channels (Create and run sponsored campaigns)
d.LinkedIn marketing – Lead gen through LinkedIn tools and increase outreach
e.Digital PR – Exploring avenues for Media representation, speaker profiling or Press release and Advertising across different industry channels
Stakeholder and Team management
a.Working cross-functionally with teams across mid-senior levels to achieve organizational goals, working with Stakeholders (vertical heads, Department Heads) and other interdepartmental coordination.
b.Internal team management - Team of communication professionals, lead generation specialists, graphic designers, along with agency vendors
c.Working closely with Human Resource teams to manage internal communications and employee advocacy programs within the organization
d.Developing press releases and media dockets on a need basis
e.Monthly, quarterly and annually reporting and reviews of all marketing work
