BizOps – Senior Associate, Bar Code India (BCI) 

 
At BCI, we are creating a BizOps team that will lie at the epicenter of BCI’s next frontier of operational, and organizational topics. 
 
The mandate of the BizOps team is focused on critical and complex topics including but not limited 
to: 
 

• BCI’s vision for 2025 based on industry trends and BCI’s product portfolio 

• Roadmap across BCI’s startup – Inteliiot 

• Go-To-Market Model Evolution – e.g., customer segmentation, geographical coverage model across new and key product lines 

• New Product Introduction and Company Product Roadmap 

• Global market expansion roadmap and Strategy including designing partner networks 

 
About the role and responsibilities: 

•  You will have a direct impact in shaping the future of this company by working on high priority projects  

•  Opportunity to work alongside senior leadership by leading large scale, cross functional project deliverables that help grow the business  

•  Develop and deliver presentations to a large variety of audiences 

•  End to end ownership across key workstreams on a project involving breaking down complex problems, generating a hypothesis, and forming recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis 

•  Potential opportunity to lead a team of Summer Associates/Associates on high priority projects including scoping and prioritizing deliverables, managing the quality of work, gathering stakeholder input, and presenting to Steering Committee 

•  Understand project/workstream needs and challenge the team and leaderships’ thinking  
•  Manage team and external stakeholder meetings effectively  
 
Minimum skills and experience required: 

•  Minimum 3 years of experience with management consulting/private equity/ BizOps function at a Tech firm 

•  Strong in conducting complex analysis- conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis independently and effectively to test and refine hypothesis 

•  Strong in pushing for insights - extract insights from data/ analyses, and turn findings into practical recommendations 

•  Strong in verbal and written communication –effective story lining, concise & effective emails, slides, memos 

•  Strong in collaboration – works effectively with teams/members from other organizations, is a good listener and open to suggestions, able to drive to joint decisions 

•  General can-do attitude with clear bias to action 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in project management and managing a team across multiple deliverables 

• Master’s in business administration (MBA) 

• Experience in working/serving clients in Tech industry a plus
