Assistant Manager – Lead Gen - Gurugram

We are looking for a driven and experienced resource who can thrive in an environment that is fast paced, dynamic and exciting. Our customers are some of India’s largest enterprises in the Verticals of Manufacturing, Retail, Commerce, Transport, and Logistics.

What does a AM Lead Generation do ?

This is a fundamental role in an environment that is clearly set in a B2B context. The resource will be instrumental in demand generation, data base development and in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls and researching data online each day, working with other team members and departments across BCI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BCI website Analytics - study, strategize, drive intelligence
  • Inbound Lead generation (chats, whatsapp, calls, in-mails - receiving and responding)
  • Outbound Lead Generation - Source new sales opportunities (calling/email marketing)
  • Database development - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest and generate interest
  • Report creation - GA (Google analytics), Lead gen, CRM based
  • Research companies and potential TG basis inputs from Sales team
  • External lead sources - handling tool, lead updating, report generation
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

What are we looking for in the Ideal Candidate?

  •  Minimum experience required is 5 years
  • Proven inside sales experience in a high tech environment with B2B customers
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with a CRM tool
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
