Ram joined BCI from McKinsey and Company, where he served several Fortune 500 companies across Mergers and Acquisitions, Digital Strategy, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement. In the ever-evolving business landscape, Ram leads the strategy, product, marketing, and talent practices and stands as the architect of BCI’s next growth frontier. He's got a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and during his academic time, he's worked on projects with Tesla, Mercedes-Benz and many more

With a legacy from 1996, Sanjay is an integral part of BCI, whose experience and influence extend deep into automation, specifically in Machine Vision and Auto Identification technologies. He is the pioneer responsible for bringing the Automation product line concept to life within BCI. His rich and diverse experience spans design, development, implementation, post-sales support, hardware presales, and the navigation of critical projects. Jasbir has been associated with BCI since 1994. With a nearly three-decades-long career, her impact on the organisation’s supply chain operations is immeasurable. As the head of the supply chain, Jasbir leads with finesse, orchestrating operations at both vendor and customer levels. Her role isn't just about management; it's about precision, collaboration, and ensuring seamless workflows that drive success. Jasbir holds a bachelor’s degree from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi.
